faulty remote missing water
the room i got had a few issues that really soured my stay. the tv remote barely worked , and i had to press the buttons multiple times to change channels. it was annoying , especially after a long day. also , the promised daily restock of bottled water never happened. i had to call down to reception each day to ask for more , which was inconvenient and frustrating.

convenient location breakfast variety adults-only pool
The hotel location allowed for a quick walk to Cenang Street. I found the breakfast choice included both Asian and European options. The adult-only pool on the 5th floor was a plus for me.
The shower water temperature fluctuated slightly.

mixed feelings about my stay
slow service beach litter
I found some issues . the breakfast service was slow. I often waited longer than expected for a table. also, some dishes were frequently empty, and refills were not prompt, quite frustrating. the beach had noticeable amounts of litter, specifically plastic and styrofoam. it detracted significantly from the beach experience (i think better cleaning is needed).

clean hotel easy access kids room
The new hotel had everything spotlessly clean. I found easy access to the beach. The kids room is a nice touch for families.
The dining room staff struggled to cope with breakfast service.

mixed feelings about this stay
slow housekeeping unhelpful management
I stayed in april 2024 and my experience was not great. the housekeeping was slow. I requested it at 8:00 am, but the room remained untouched until 2:00 pm. i had to follow up multiple times just to get towels. additionally, water dripped from the air conditioning unit onto my food during breakfast. Staff admitted they knew about the issue but did not warn guests. the management did not seem very helpful. I felt they lacked empathy.
